The initial consult will be thoughtful, deep, and specific, with an optional questionnaire to fill out ahead of time. Within 3 business days of the consult you will receive an instructional phone call, a carefully crafted protocol with herbal and lifestyle recommendations, and confirmation that a two-week supply of the recommended herbs are on their way. I design protocols with simple steps that build on each other, and that will feel doable, possible and supportive. I keep cost of materials in mind and will not recommend anything that does not feel possible for your budget. After receiving your 2-week supply, you can then source your suggested herbs and materials yourself, or I can arrange them for you for the cost of materials plus 5% and shipping.
