What is a Wellness Consult?
It's a chance to let it all air out. I provide an open, listening space for an hour and you can share hopes, dreams, health issues and health goals; what you ate for dinner last night; the things your doctor doesn't have time to discuss... All of these topics are relevant to who you are in your unique state of wellness. Wellness as I see it includes physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health. And when we work together, I incorporate all those aspects into one doable plan to make you healthier.
Flexible Fees
Herbalism at its roots is by the people, for the people. If you need financial assistance, I offer a sliding scale starting at $30 for an initial consult (not including materials). I am an herbalist. I'm not a medical doctor, nor do I diagnose diseases or prescribe medications. I am not trained in any medical profession outside of herbalism which has no board certification or licensing.
